Very Important Notice!!!

Unfortunately, our e-mails very often land in your spam/junk mail folder! If you do not receive a reply from us, this is the most probable reason. Please check your spam regularly if you are expecting a reply from us! Also, please make sure that your spam box/junk folder is NOT set to delete all spam automatically and immediately, otherwise you may be deleting our replies too. If possible, add us (help@hairytwatter.net and admin@hairytwatter.net) to your "allow list" so that our emails always make their way into your Inbox.

Username or Password not working?
Your username name and password are CaSe SeNsiTiVe (letter "a" is NOT the same as "A") and must be entered in exactly the same way as when you joined. Please be careful not to accidentally include extra space characters. The easiest way is to copy & paste them from the subscription confirmation you received by email.
I am getting a login error or message while trying to access the members' area
If you have a valid membership and you're getting an error message when trying to login that states that you are 'Forbidden Access' or 'Access is Denied', this means that the site's security system has blocked your account. Your account may have been hacked or stolen. If you contact our support department below, we will review your login problem and get back to you as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours).
